Myself @ Thuppayath
I graduated in civil engineering in the year 2015. As far as i know, all of us at a certain point in our lives would have to make a decision on what to do next (99% of us will most likely face this question after graduation). so it is this point in our live we ask ourselves "should i do something different and challenging?"
When i was faced with such a question, the obvious answer for me was "yes!" i wanted to do something different, something challenging. Thus, i decided to start a career, not in civil engineering but in structural engineering. At first it came with its own complications, but luckily i received an opportunity to practice my ideas at Gladys Associates.
I am only aware of the basic concept of designing but if there is one thing that i do know, it is that, if we work under hardcore professionals we also start to think and act like a professional. It took me approximately 3 weeks before i gained confidence to finally present my ideas in front of an individual . I believe this is only due to the approach our firm takes on the various projects we undertake and also its working atmosphere . In Gladys Associates we are all free to think and approach our ideas in our own way which reminds me of our motto,'Local Builders and International Engineering'. I believe that teamwork is prestigious and it is the backbone of our firm.
